1. Booking Policy
All bookings must be made in advance via our online booking system or directly with Calm & Chaos staff.
Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
Sessions are non-refundable. Reschedules may be offered at our discretion with 48 hours’ notice.
2. Cancellation Policy
We do not offer refunds for cancellations made by participants.
In cases of genuine emergency, we may allow rescheduling where possible.
If Calm & Chaos must cancel a session (e.g. due to maintenance, staff illness, or unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered a reschedule or credit note.
3. Supervision Policy
All children under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult (18+) at all times.
Staff are present to ensure safety and guidance but are not responsible for individual child supervision.
4. Health & Safety Policy
Safety equipment must be worn during Chaos Smash and Nerf Chaos sessions.
Participants must follow staff instructions and safety guidance at all times.
The Hub is a no-smoking, no-vaping, and no-alcohol premises.
Anyone suspected to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be refused entry without refund.
5. Accessibility & Inclusion Policy
Calm & Chaos is committed to being inclusive and accessible to people of all ages and abilities.
Our facilities are wheelchair accessible.
Please inform us of any specific needs or requirements when booking so we can support your visit.
6. Behaviour Policy
Respectful behaviour is expected at all times.
Aggressive, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the premises without refund.
Damage to equipment through deliberate misuse may incur additional charges.
7. Safeguarding & Welfare Policy
Calm & Chaos operates with safeguarding principles in line with UK law.
Any safeguarding concerns will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Parents/carers remain responsible for the welfare of children in their care.
8. Data Protection & Privacy Policy
Personal data collected during booking will only be used for administrative, health & safety, and communication purposes.
We will not share your personal data with third parties unless required by law.
CCTV may be in operation for the safety of visitors and staff.
9. Lost Property Policy
Calm & Chaos accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.
Items left behind will be kept for 14 days. After this, unclaimed items may be donated or disposed of.
